ABOUT ME

Passionate about peak performance, personal development and wellbeing, I work with organisations and individuals on driving these forward through mindfulness, emotional intelligence, and compassionate leadership.

Prior to launching my own business, I worked for Google, managing the relationships for some of the largest Consumer Product Companies in the Middle East. While at Google I was actively involved in the personal development and wellbeing of my colleagues by being an internal coach and a certified teacher of Search Inside Yourself ®, a Google created, two-day emotional intelligence program based on mindfulness and neuroscience.

I hold a BSc and MSc in Management and Marketing and an Advanced Diploma in Personal, Leadership and Executive Coaching. I'm also an Associate Certified Coach accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF) and a Search Inside Yourself Certified Teacher, trained by SIYLI.

I enjoy traveling and learning about new cultures; I've lived in 6 different countries in Europe and the Middle East and traveled to more than 40. Currently, I live between Cyprus and Dubai. My other interests include sports, reading and contemplative practices.

 
 

WORKing TOGETHER

1 to 1 coaching

All coaching engagements start with a free coaching conversation in which we assess your needs, discuss what you are hoping to achieve and check whether we are a good fit working together. We can have the session online via Zoom or Skype, or in person if you are based in Dubai.

If we decide to start working together, we will agree on a number of sessions and their frequency customised to your schedule and needs.

You are the owner of the coaching agenda. I usually help clients:

Habits Coaching

Habits coaching is about creating new habits: from working out every day, to meditating, to waking up at 6am, the list goes on. Choose a habit that you want to develop and let's work together on building momentum and making it stick. 

This offering is digital only and it is done solely online through a chat-based platform. We have daily interactions and check-ins through chat making sure that you are on track for forming the new habit.

I'll ask you questions, help you explore a topic from different viewpoints, reveal blindspots and challenge limiting ideas and beliefs.

I'll empower and support you, as well as kindly hold you accountable, in order to help you achieve the changes you want to see in your life.

It may be challenging and uncomfortable at times, but this is where growth happens and I am here to guide you through it.

Search Inside Yourself ® (SIY Certified Teacher):

  • Originally developed at Google by leading experts in neuroscience, business, and psychology, the SIY program uses attention and mindfulness training to help people build the emotional intelligence skills needed for sustained peak performance, strong collaboration, and effective leadership.

​Fundamentals of Emotional Intelligence:

  • Tools to enhance individual and team performance through increased psychological safety, trust and inclusion.

Compassion in the Workplace:

  • How empathy and compassion can reduce unconscious bias, and increase psychological safety and trust in teams and organisations.

Introduction to Mindfulness:

  • What is mindfulness and why is it important?

Guided Meditations:

  • Focused attention, body awareness, loving kindness.

All trainings with the exception of SIY last 1-2 hours and are tailored to the needs of your organisation​.
